Project Management

CPG FM has a team of professional project managers to help our clients in managing projects from initiation, planning and execution to closing. Case Study 1

CPG FM has been appointed to be part of the Panel of Consultants for Provision of Project Management Services for Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council since 2008. The Project Management services rendered to the Town Council include provision of Resident Technical Officer as well as Quantity Surveyor services in past projects, such as Repairs and Redecoration Works to 24 Blocks at Toa Payoh North in 2013, Repairs and Redecoration Works to 16 Blocks at Lorong 4 Toa Payoh in 2014, and the Neighbourhood Renewal Programme at Sin Ming Drive in 2014. The recent ongoing project since 2018 with Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council is a large scale project which incorporated the Neighbourhood Renewal Programme, Electrical Load Upgrading Works as well as Repairs and Redecoration works at Toa Payoh North. CPG FM project management team has worked hand in hand with the Consultants and the Town Council to deliver the project smoothly amongst challenges to minimise inconvenience to residents and has successfully completed the works in time for the closing ceremony by the grassroots leader. CPG FM project management team will continue to monitor the progress of works closely until the satisfactory hand over of the project to the Town Council upon completion of the last phase of the Electrical Load Upgrading Works.

Case Study 2

As CPG FM helps manage several shopping malls under the Housing Development Board, we were engaged to provide project management services to various upgrading and cyclical maintenance works, as well as Addition and Alteration (A&A) works to these complexes. Apart from understanding HDB’s requirements and executing them under the project, we also provided advice in the choice of materials, installation method etc., keeping maintainability and cost-effectiveness in mind. We always aim to attain the best-of-value for our client in an effort of value-engineering.
