Fire Safety Manager

You will be assisting the owner to conduct daily inspection to ensure that fire safety requirements contained in the Fire Emergency Plan are complied with at all times. You are required to supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works in the premises and conduct daily checks within the premises. You have to prepare Fire Emergency Plan, conduct fire drills and co-ordinate the occupants within the premises in fire fighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other emergencies.

  • Diploma in Building Services/M&E Engineering or the equivalent with a Fire Safety Manager Certification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Fire Safety Manager for a high rise complex
  • An intimate knowledge and contact with key vendors and sub contractors for the Fire Protection Systems and Equipment would be an advantage.
  • Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
  • Confident with good interpersonal and communication skills


Technical Executive

You will assist in managing a large building or a group of buildings. You will also participate in the planning and supervision of a comprehensive facility management programme, on top of your involvement in the overall maintenance of the building(s), technical inspections & audits, supervising contractors on project & rectification works, etc.

  • Diploma in Building/REB/FMB/IBT/M&E Engineering or the equivalent
  • 1 – 2 years’ of relevant working experience
  • Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Service orientated mindset


Resident Technical Officer

You will supervise the improvement, cyclical and special projects in Town council and other project management works.

  • Diploma in Building or NCCS from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 2 years’ site supervisory experience
  • Must be registered with BCA
  • Conversant with local building codes and regulations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision



You will be required to carry out regular inspections to the building and its facilities to maintain a high service delivery level. You will also supervise and manage contractors on the scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems within the building. You will also participate in managing minor project works.

  • Nitec/Higher Nitec in Building/M&E Engineering or the equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ of relevant work experience
  • Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform  under pressure.
  • Good team worker with service orientated mindset
