Senior / Contracts Manager

You will provide leadership to a team of Contracts Officers / Executives in the management, preparation of contract documentations / schedules and the provision of professional advice and support in all tender exercises. In addition, you will work closely with clients to address their requirements through reviewing the existing contracts and suggesting variations to meet their business needs.

  • Degree in Project and Facilities Management/Building/Quantity Surveying or the equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years in handling in QS / Contracts Management with at least 3 years in Managerial capacity
  • Good interpersonal and leadership qualities
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Familiar with contract management in the maintenance industry will be an added advantage


Contracts Executive

You will assist to manage and prepare all contract documentations and schedules, as well provide support in the estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender requirements. You will also help to manage resolution of contractual claims of a wide variety of projects from pre-tender to post-contract stages. In addition, you will be responsible for valuation of progress payments, closing of final accounts and implementation of cost control measures as well as other quantity surveying related duties.

  • Diploma in Building/REB/IBT/Quantity Surveying or the equivalent
  • 3 – 5 years’ of relevant working experience in contract administration
  • Self-starter and independent
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
