Project Manager

You will take charge of the planning, coordination and implementation of the various types of projects such as R&R, A&A, renovation / defect rectifications works, etc for our client.  You will be responsible for the projects to be completed duly, within budget and of high quality.  You are also expected to submit regular management reports on the progress of these projects vis-à-vis timelines and targets to your supervisor as well to the client.

  • Degree / Diploma in M&E Engineering / Building or the equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in project management; cyclical work such as A&A, R&R, re-roofing, rewiring, etc
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision


Property Executive

You will assist in managing a complex. You will also participate in the planning, coordinating and controlling your work with various parties, including M&E team. You will prepare quotation for building repair and improvement work (familiar with the use of SOR). Able to inspect building defects, submit reports with photos and recommend for repair etc.

  • Diploma in Building/REB/FMB/IBT/ M&E Engineering or the equivalent
  • 1 – 2 years’ of relevant working experience
  • Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
  • Meticulous. Able to keep good documentation and tracking of work in progress.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Service orientated mindset


Property Officer cum FSM

Reporting to the Property Manager, you will work in a team to carry out daily estate works, inspection on horticultural works, liaise with and supervise contractors, recommend and implement improvement works, attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the customers. In addition, you are required to manage arrears by the customers and handle administration duties such as calling of quotations, issuing work orders and applying for fundings.

  • Diploma in REB/FMB/ Building Services Engineering with FSM registration
  • 1 – 2 years experience in facilities and property management is preferred
  • A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
  • Able to withstand pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays


Quality Executive

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will assist in the management of daily fault report, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI). You will coordinate and prepare KPI data for the term contractors’ performance, conduct weekly follow-up and liaising with executives and technicians, preparation of trending analysis to lift the quality and process standards, and be the process owner of ISO Standards (ISO9001, ISO14001 and OSH) for division and assist internal and external audits.

  • Diploma in Building / M&E Engineering or the equivalent
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in Quality Management
  • Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Mature, organized and a team player


Building Manager

You will lead a team of Technical Executives and Technicians to manage a hi-tech building or a cluster of scattered properties. You will advise the clients on all building related matters and supervise projects on behalf of clients.

  • Degree/Diploma in Building / M&E Engineering or the equivalent
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years’ of relevant working experience
  • Fire Safety Manager Certificate will be an added advantage
  • Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
  • Supervisory experience is essential


Horticulture Manager

You will be the overall in-charge for the grass cutting, horticultural & arboricultural maintenance in the Town Council.  This involves managing horticultural term contracts and contractors, designing and implementing landscaping projects, liaising with National Parks Board and other relevant authorities, attending to feedback and complaints pertaining to horticultural matters as well as ad hoc duties or responsibilities assigned by Management.

  • Degree in Horticulture/Landscaping or related studies
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to withstand pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays if required
