CPG FM provides a complete suite of Contact Centre Services to companies from both private and public sectors. Backed by a powerful web application system, the Contact Centre operates with minimum interruption during emergency situations.

The system named iCentris captures all feedbacks received. All events are logged into the iCentris for reference. iCentris is also able to send SMS and emails to technicians and / or contractors to inform them of any new case received which requires their attention. 

Established since 1999, our contact centre has grown from 8 seats to almost 30 seats. Our enthusiastic and vibrant Customer Service Officers (CSOs) handle more than 60,000 calls each month from various industries including Facilities Management, IT Services, Food and Beverages, Government and Statutory Boards.

  • Comprehensive Monitoring of Mechanical & Electrical status
    (Lift, Fire Alarm System, Sanitary Pump, Electrical, AHU, Chillers, etc).
  • Receiving queries or feedback from clients and / or members of the public and channeling the calls to activate technicians or contractors to attend to the feedback.
